$PGUS. Nice news out today. 42$ million appraisal for just the land alone. Farming operation will kick to top gear this year with Huy Fong Sriracha hot sauce with the traditional 10M funding and all the notes will be payed offf without any dilution. Current valuation with just land value puts the PPS around 12c. Low OS and no dilution and float locked this can sky rocket.
