Very low volume and small bid/ask ratio today. Let's take a look at why this might be occurring:
1. Nothing being revealed by our company'e management although we know that they are working hard to make good things happen.
2. Question about financials not yet being released so that many of us who want to buy more stock through certain brokerages can do so.
3. Uncertainty about the return of the million dollars we gave Songbird.
4. Not knowing what is transpiring regarding the bid for an existing certificate-holding airline and even if any is within our reach.
5. Not knowing if the company has the financial ability to buy another airline.
6. Not knowing if the company is considering taking a different approach to certification.
7. The company's ability to keep moving forward.
Here is my personal thoughts regarding what may be happening:
1. Management gets rich only if they are successful in bringing this company to certification and profitability. For that reason and for the promises and hopes that they made to their investors (us) they will do everything possible to make this venture become a home run for everyone.
2. I believe that this company's management team is truly the best that we ever had.
3. Several loyal and well to do investors have a lot to lose or gain so I believe that they will do everything in their power to continue financially supporting the company as long as they can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
4. Sometime, when companies are in the process of making a possible deal they both agree on total public silence until all is resolved.
5. I also have confidence that this management team, along with their biggest investors, will finally make US Global Airways a profitable and respected company.
For all it's worth,
extremely very OLD & hopefully somewhat Wise.
