I just cant see investors dumping at these dump pr

I just cant see investors dumping at these dump prices at major loss. Is it possible it is the company that has been dumping shares every time there is good news? This doesnt make sense. Plus i keep seeing 10,000 shares on the ask with a boatload hidden behind it......such as the very first buy today at .0027 on the ask bought 600,000 shares and yet it didnt budge the 10,000 at that .0027 my theory is either the mms thoroughly hates this ticker and trying to kill it......or the company has been dumping shares at news.......or investors are dumping shares at practically a 95% loss. Something is not right here.
