I've used that whistleblower program many times, compiling evidence in the same manner that I used to when I was a financial crimes investigator in the private sector along with many others who did the same over the period of one year and nothing happened to the companies or individuals. I gave the SEC a case on a platter. A slam dunk.
Also, FYI, I used to prepare and work cases with federal agencies and I went on to work for the government after that so I know how to present a bulletproof case. I've done it for a combined twenty years.
So, I question the effectiveness of that program. Just because one of those morons on IHUB says they did this and that doesn't mean it really happened. Someone suggested that there are SEC staff who are allowing this boiler room to exist because they benefit (financially). I don't know if any SEC staff are taking money under the table, but it wouldn't surprise me.
I'm not trying to argue with you, but unless I was told by the SEC themselves who was responsible for their case, I wouldn't take the word of a 'pennies per post' basher on IHUB.
