The claim that this purported selling is occurring is based on nothing but speculation. They may have bought shares that they are holding; they may be selling some shares that they have just bought and holding some; or they may be buying and then selling them.
There is NO evidence as to which of those scenarios it may be.
My opinion is that it's probably buy some, sell part of that -- but I don't know any more than anyone else does about whether that's true.
It would seem pretty weird to be a professional firm and buy high, then drive the price down so they sell at a low, at a loss, don't you think?
