My thought are, 6 months ago, ok maybe 4 months $FUSZ was a great BO target for Oracle. They could have nearly stolen the company.
Today, I don't think they can step up to the plate. Their shareholders would flip out if they say they RE buying a Tech company for 1 Billion and we're sitting at .90 or say $1.50 at the time of Suiteworld.
Rory has built a Monster Platform on the back of "just" a CRM!.

With top players from every single sector being able to use and benefit from at least 1 of the products is a given, BUT a company that can utilize 3 or all of the products gets narrow.
And the companies that could afford a Billion or multi-Billion deal without a peep is down to a handful or two.

Google
Netflix
Facebook
And those are Only US based.
nFusz used to be a CRM company, today we are a total Tech Sales and Marketing Behemoth !
If Rory asked shareholders if we would support a buyout at 500 million tomorrow, my vote a Billion times over is absolutely not.
