A USAF KC-135 carries 200,000 lbs.
I doubt whether the Omega ex-civilian B707s - I don't know how they modified them - carry as much as the KC-135 which is a purpose built tanker.
A Tristar carries 300,000 lb which puts it in the same ballpark as the USAF's largest current tanker the KC-10.
So nearer 50% more capacity on the Tristar as currently configured but it would be very easy to modify them to carry additional tanks in the main cabin if the company decided that would get more business than having the ability to also carry passengers, equipment and medivac equipment.
The bottom line is that Omega has already established the business model over 17 years and there is more than enough room for another comparable size player.
Both companies will have the same number of aircraft - $TMPS will have a greater capacity with its' fleet and immediately available spares (from the 3 additional spares source aircraft it bought) at its' main base.
