you are making assumptions. first who said there is an investigation? so far nothing gives any indication there is one. secondly just say there was. what would they be investigating?
the assets? they are real and notorized. case closed there. next. what about the 3 company's? chit is reporting the other two are current. sounds like a closed case to me. it was a smear campaign to show the sec flexing it's muscles that simply they don't have by proof they would side with I scam as a whistle blower.
sec doesn't have the man power aside from their claims. aside from that; many have returned to trading otc status from grey market. yes could take and most likely will take time.
