Don't expect the annual 10-K report until sometime in the middle of April. For both the 2015 and 2016 Annual reports the company filed a NT 10-K (Notification that the Form 10-K will be filed late) giving them an extra 15 days to file the report.
OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. is considered to be a Non-Accelerated filer. For any company with a fiscal year ending 12/31/2017, this year they have until April 2, 2018 to file the 10-K...unless they file a NT 10-K as they did the past 2 years.

Either way it means nothing as long as the reports are filed on time before either the April 2 deadline or April 17 if they request the 15 day extension. If the report is filed within these timelines, according to the SEC rules they will be DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN FILED ON TIME!
Just remember back to your school days. Did you ever hand in an assignment before the due date? Very unlikely!
