Issuing a public press release regarding why the financials are late and when they will be ready should suffice. The rest could have waited for the proper time. I want to know the proportion of company assets to debt; it should be much better than the last 10Q. Also, how is the sale going on the Machinery Division. I hope BTGI has something substantial to show for it.
