Know I am an old "cold war" vet that sees renewed Russian aggression against the E. European countries of his grandmothers & targeting his old unit in EUCOM. Know I have a not so hidden agenda, to get the SFOR shield on the smartphones of my close kin I swore in uniform and their comrades in arms. Know that by being a proud, activist SH, SFOR has provided me an rare opportunity. For one last time I am able throw a punch in defense of Democracy. So, I resolved to hit as hard as I possible can! Understand I must look into the eyes of my kin as they leave for the next deployment (whenever it comes) and be able to say I did my best. This is why I do what I do.
