$PSGR Today I read a Press Release from another company, INSYS Therapeutics. The company has had some very bad Press over the past few months (rightfully so). The former CEO and other former Executives are under indictment for a variety of alleged illegal actions. ALL of them have been replaced. The NEW Management has taken FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the past failures and is working to correct everything that was done wrong. TRUE LEADERSHIP!!!!
The new Executive Management knew that the share price would take a serious beating...and it DID. However, the NEW MANAGEMENT has put together plans to right the wrongs and to hold EVERYONE accountable for their actions. The company has current products on the market and is developing new products. It keeps EVERYONE INFORMAED via PRESS RELEASES about what is going on with the company...the GOOD things AND the BAD things. I wish OTHER companies would follow their lead and provide investors with HONEST and CURRENT information!!!
I remain hopeful that Pershing Resources Company executives will access the INSY Press Releases and review them TO UNDERSTAND what LEADERSHIP means. There are ALWAYS major BUMPS in the road. LEADERSHIP is exhibited by how those in charge handle adversity. INSY HAS LEADERSHIP. PSGR has SILENCE.
After the INSY Press Release I remain POSITIVE that there are still companies with INTEGRITY and LEADERSHIP. Maybe it will be contagious and Pershing Resources will catch the bug.
