Bid increased to 1.2 Billion at .0001.
Eventually the additional 700M added at .0001 by new interest since the last run will realize that they have to hit the .0003s before they are gone. They already missed the .0002s by not snapping them up when they had the no-brainer opportunity.
The long-term whales already 500M in the bid ahead of them that were used throughout Jan > present to keep the iHub basher / flippers from getting them.
