As for the SEC? they are blatantly ignorning the elephant in the room. it's pretty sad when you rely on a corrupt organization to fight corruption in the otc markets. All in the name to "protect shareholders"- what a smoke screen. They aren't protecting anyone except their own reputation. The whole system is flawed. they should start by draining the swamp. Then hire competent people and finish what they started.
