1) Anyone with $1 million and $20k or more to invest can participate in the pre-ICO of Blocksafe (before June or July 2018).
2) Regular SFOR investors (like me) can participate in the Blocksafe ICO (beginning in June or July of 2018)?
3) The General Public can buy Blocksafe tokens on exchanges in the third quarter (July 1 - September 30) of 2018?

Our company is launching an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) to raise funds for further product development and operations. Our ICO crowdsale will commence in June and July 2018, and our tokens will be available on exchanges in 3Q 2018. A total of 50.5 million BSAFE tokens (out of 100 million total) will be issued on the Ethereum blockchain at $1 each. In addition, a pre-crowdsale offering of the tokens at a 50% discount will be available to early contributors in the months leading up to the ICO. Post-crowdsale, a portion of BlockSafe's revenues will be used to buy back the tokens, in an amount equal to roughly 25% of BlockSafe's quarterly revenues. The tokens can also be used to purchase BlockSafe's industry leading desktop and mobile products at a large discount over fiat currency.
