I received this message a while back from CyberC:
Does this mean that:
1) Anyone with $1 million and $20k or more to invest can participate in the pre-ICO of Blocksafe (starting in June/July of 2018)?
2) Regular investors (like me) can participate in the public Blocksafe ICO in the third quarter (July1 -Sept 30) of 2018?
Please let me know if you think I am incorrect about this?

Currently, you can invest in the coin if you are worth in excess of 1 million. This is because the SEC requires this as an accredited investor. If you are an accredited investor, this is an especially good time to look at this. If not, do not fear, it will be on the Stock exchange within the next 8 months + or -
If you are an accredited investor and want to invest, the minimum investment currently allowed to invest is $20,000.00
Does this mean that:
