$HIPH- International distribution deal for #CBD product closed !! See most recent PR. And also link to article below. $HIPH closed distribution deal to cover China, Korea and Japan. $HIPH debuted its hydrogen infused #CBD product prototype the only one on the market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water @ several Superbowl events in Minneapolis (see past pr). Hydrogen infusion allows for greater & quicker absorption of #CBD into the body.
$HIPH has been putting out alot of good news as of late. New CEO Ryan Fishoff is a star that began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital, www.cobecapital.com Since becoming CEO Sept 2017 he closed GENTS acquisition in Oct. GENTS,www.gentsco.com is the newly acquired subsidiary of $HIPH which added significant revenue. Moreover it is sold in Nordstrom, Saks , Bloomingdale's and as of last wk all 83 Soul Cycle locations.
Mr. Fishoff has stated he has another M&A deal in play for $HIPH which potentially will close in Q3 or sooner.
Wont be shocked to see $HIPH at 10-15cents or higher in near future. Currently $HIPH is a bargain in my opinion. Sales up 1,134% per most recent filing & Jan 18 PR. Also good verified share structure just under 80million outstanding.$HIPH is just starting to get attention. See link to article out a week a few days ago.
