First thought is WOW.. I do remember seeing a commercial or 2 for TEXTURE... They must REALLY be BEATING THE PANTS OFF PIXEL!...

Then I went to look at the one thing that matters more than anything else: CONTENT

You can have all the great advertising in the world, but if you have nothing to sell, you aint going to make any $$$...

TEXTURE touts "200 titles" and is quoted here in MARCH '16 as "closing in" on 200 magazines...

I see NOTHING that tells me PIXEL has any LESS REVS than TEXTURE, and once FINS get dropped, and PIXEL actually gets its FINS out to the market, these shares will be making the move we've all been waiting for.

I would say the big execs who poured $50M into TEXTURE being happy with the deal is a good sign that they got more than $50M - I'd say minimum $75M and likely $100M.

If we used just $50M for PIXEL that's a 12 BAGGER from here.

We gapped to .02 from .004 2X on whisper of the 8K in DEC '16.

The real one is coming in a matter of weeks.
