$HIPH is currently a bargain my opinion. Sales up 1, 134% per most recent filing and Jan 18 PR!! Also has good verified share structure of just under 80million outstanding shares. Also newly acquired subsidiary is GENTS,www.gents.com. GENTS has added significant revenue for $HIPH and sold in Saks, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and as of last week all 83 Soul Cycle locations. Just this past week $HIPH closed a international sales/distribution deal to cover China, Japan & Korea.
New CEO Ryan Fishoff become CEO in Sept 2017 and in Oct he closed GENTS acquisition. He has stated he has another M&A deal in play for $HIPH to potentially close inQ3 or sooner. Mr. Fishoff is a star who began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital ,www.cobecapital.com. $HIPH just starting to get attention . Wont be shocked to see $HIPH at 10-15cents or higher in near future.
