Many thanks for doing this Pugilista...
While there are some major differences and not sure why if only they're both RMs, I keep comparing SPCL to another I have - JBZY... and suspect SPCL is or will be at FINRA for a name/ticker change with RS as well.
Whatever happens with JBZY going forward now that the RS has taken place it'll be interesting to see how it pans out in case there are similarities between these two. (JB originally in October had not done RS with name/ticker change and not sure why that was done except for the fact old management held shares and there was court case so MAY be a reason).
In any case, it's exciting to get to this point with Solaris/PixelMags ... best to you and all with SPCL!
