I think it would be helpful when people report problems is to say what device and browser they are using. That way if someone has a device that is similar, they can try it. The more specific the better as devices change over the years but sometimes the name doesn't.
There are a zillion different combinations (device type/browser/browser version) and no company will develop or test every permutation or they would go broke. Sometime the solution is as simple as expanding or adjusting the window size, other times it can be a true bug.
If it's a device and browser that is real common, I'm sure the company would want to know about it. If someone here also tested with the same device and it worked, then likely more a problem with the device vs. Notifi product. Things that could effect solutions are other software, plugins, toolbars, etc. you have installed.
A lot of companies will use something like this https://netmarketshare.com/
to figure out what are the most popular devices and browser to develop and test for. As you can see, most people moved to Chrome on a desktop and Safari is the leader with Chrome in second place on tablets. So if you develop something and nail it on these two browsers you got most the market covered, but do have to worry about all the different form factors.
Let us know what tablet and browser you are using and if I have one, I'll give it a try or maybe someone else will if I don't.
