Also, I have a question about the statement that "salespeople don't know how to sell." Unless I am misunderstanding the software, aren't these same people that can't sell going to be the same ones creating their walk in/call to action videos? Are they not going to be the same people on the screen? Like Rory?
Thirdly, the statement that "people don't like to deal with salespeople" is troubling to me. People don't like to feel they have been sold. As a sales professional, the job of the sale person is to educate the consumer concerning the product or service being offered. The online purchasing trend (IMHO)(except for cars which yes, no one likes to deal with car sales people) is due to convenience and the ability to shop price. How is this software going to replace sales people who know it is their job to educate? The software deals with "calls to action". Doesn't the person (whom you have stated ,for the most part, doesn't know how to sell) going to need to "sell" a call to action on their screen walkout? (I Haven't used the software so I am not sure if some of these concerns would not be here if I had)
Sorry guys for the long questions, just stuff that has been percolating in my head. If any of the questions seem attacking or just lack an understanding of what is being offered, feel free to not post.
