Folks, tqaking AGAINSTALLODDS Advise I filed a complaint
Folks, tqaking AGAINSTALLODDS Advise I filed a complaint with another division of the SEC. Link to follow. Very important when your file your complaint to emphasive the ADAM HENRY's causing the problems. Anyone that would like to file a complaint contact me by PM or just post thr discussion here.
What I submitted ................................................................
My complaint focuses on possible NSS and non stop Tortuous Interference of symbol TECO / Treaty Energy.
I am a shareholder since 2011. The company I admit was led by what is said to believe crooks that stole from shareholders.
Charges were filed against the individuals in charge and after 3 plus years the case is still in limbo. The SEC chose to fiel a Summary Judgement. The hearing was over a year ago and no decision has been handed down.
It was said the Judge is purposely delaying the decison to get even with the defendants attorney for filing to many motions, for being insulted and simply telling the judge it is taking to long. " I can supply that infornation if needed ".
The company settled with the SEC last year. We are prevented from moving forward till the civil case against the individuals is settled. NOt fair for 6000 shareholders invested in TECO.
We strongly believe the stock is heavily infiltrated with NSS. IHUB, a social media board has 3 individuals that bash TECO 24 / 7 even though they claim TECO is dead. Why wouuld anyone bash a company hoping for all 6000 shareholders to lose their investments if their is no financial gain in it for them?
The players are TDBOWIEKNIFE --- RUSSIAN TRADER --- AGAISNTALLODDS --- and on occasion there are guests appearances by known bashers to harass longs. IHUB is known as a basher board that supports NSS. The HUB owner is or was in Federal Prison for Securities Fraud.
Shareholders know our BOD and others were shady and appreciate the SEC stepping in and filing charges. Those same people no longer have ties to the company. We have elected a new BOD and they are trying to save the company.
TDBOWIEKNIFE --- RUSSIAN TRADER --- AGAINSTALLODDS purposely harass shareholders with personal threats along with hacking our secrue Facebook pages posting private information about us along with posting our personal photos. All off topic but their posts are never removed.
I am asking on behalf of 6000 TECO shareholders the SEC investogstes the three names mentioned for ties to illegal NSS and tortuous inteference for the past 7 years.
I will help in anyway I can by supplying information on them and the posts in question. TIA
