maybe i just don't know enough about grey market, but i'm confused by this process and how that will actually happen. if no one still holding is willing to sell cheap and it seems like brokers are entertaining the lowest transactions first, i can't imagine this thing having a climb upward.
if everyone holding is locked in at a penny plus, how will this ever move? no one is going to put in a penny buy order when the ticker is at 0005.
if i were to put in a sell order for 004 right now and someone wanted to buy at 004, how can we even guarantee it'll go through? seems so bizarre to me. i was reading that some people were putting in equal sell/buy orders for 002 and they were totally getting ignored.

NO. That means people are not willing to sell cheap. Buyer will slowly start to move up.
