Both are possible. The impetus for movement rests with Patrick Johnson and his plans. From what I am reading/hearing, there are plans in the works and there are people behind him and those plans. They either work or they don't. Either way, PDXP can still produce in the grey's at some point if the company produces revenue. It's a waiting game now.
