Now, look for the dilution to begin.  MMTE has no money, TTXP has no money and is deep in debt and just did a 2.5 million dollar promotion which netted nothing to date, and Mr. Jared Lazerson is looking for development money for his concessions.  The only way Mr. Lazerson can obtain money from TTXP is by selling the thirty million Trilliant shares William just promised him.  Mr. Lazerson does not have a current NI 43-101, and that will cost money.   To produce a NI 43-101 resource estimate, very expensive diamond drilling is typically required, and this takes both time and money.  Where will the money come from?  Why doesn't Rocky ask how long William thinks it will take to actually begin mining?  Why doesn't Rocky ask where the money will come from to pay for all the work that needs to be done on this mine.  William has already diluted MMTE to death, and it appears he is beginning the process that will lead to TTXP dillution.  This merger of MMTE and TTXP sure sounds wonderful.  As always, the devil is in the details.  When Rocky wakes up and finds his $70,000 dollars is worth next to nothing, and then the dillution begins with TTXP.  Well, what is that saying about a fool and his money?  It certainly does seem to apply.  Maybe Rocky can amuse himself playing with his spiders and fish while he waits for his MMTE/TTXP ship to come in.
