I must say that I am a reasonably educated guy when it comes to financial matters and I read the rules regarding 8K disclosure in the case of when an NDA is involved. I have to say that I was thoroughly confused with what I found and I did not find anything concrete saying that under the NDA circumstance, an 8K is even required. It looks to be a gray area to me and one that if I were running a public company I would definitely consult an attorney on before proceeding. Mark has said though, that he will announce the deals so I am excited to see what does get presented to us soon enough!
