I think it's time to add a little SHAC good will to Investor's Hangout. As our co-owners on iHub know well, transparency, within SEC guidelines, between the company and our current and prospective investors is not just important, it is essential. We formed the nFusz Shareholders Advisory Council (SHAC) last year to create a forum for investors to pose questions to, and receive honest and direct answers from management - again - all within the bounds of SEC disclosure rules. Over time, the SHAC has evolved from an audio recorded conversation between designated SHAC reps and company management, to an interactive notifiAIR video in which I address current matters and questions I receive from investors which is then posted on iHub and our website. We've also added a "Town Hall Q&A" format on the CEO Money Radio Show, each Wednesday at 12:15PM PST on iHeart Radio, WFN1 to answer investor questions LIVE on the air.
I'm planning to record the next SHAC video for release on Monday, March 19. I want to make sure that I address as many investor questions as possible in the approx 10 - 15 min running time video which we'll post here, on iHub, and on our website. If you have a question you believe is relevant for nFusz investors and does not seek the disclosure of material, non-public information, please send it via email to info@nfusz.com and I'll do my best to address it in the next SHAC video. Those questions that are posed within these guidelines that I don't have enough time to answer in the SHAC video may be submitted to the host of CEO Money to be answered LIVE on the air on next week's show.
