Will therr be a reversal? Yes, someday.
Is it now? Nobody knows. It could be today. It could be weeks from now. There will not be a significant run until substantial news comes out. We have been waiting for it for many months now.
It is possible we will wait many months more. Delays happen. The company has some new leadership now. They seem to have their act together, but the key word there is seem. The proof is in The results, and we don't have those yet. Still waiting....
