$VATE retires 200 million shares! Nice news! And something to consider! $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD beverage in the market. Hydrogen infusion allows for greater and quicker absorption of #CBD into the body. $HIPH debuted its LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water prototype at several Superbowl events in Minneapolis( see past PR). The hydrogen infused #CBD product is slated for full release "by June or sooner" as per recent PR and a below attached CEO interview from a few days ago! Perfect timing for smart money as $HIPH shares are currently cheap in my opinion.
$HIPH revenue up 1,134% & debt cut by 80% per most recent filing and JAN 18 PR. Very good share structure of 79million verified outstanding. Recently acquired subsidiary GENTS,www.gentsco.com has added significant revenue to $HIPH since Oct 2017 acquisition and sold in 283 locations including Bloomingdales, Saks, Nordstrom and all 83 Soul Cycle locations. Just on 3/15/18 $HIPH signed an interntional distribution and sales deal for China, Japan and Korea. New CEO Ryan Fishoff has been on fire. His goal is to sell #CBD in Asian markets a huge un tapped market! Mr. Fishoff since becoming CEO in Sept 2017 has closed the GENTS acquisition boosted revenue and cut debt. Fishoff has also stated he has other M&A deals in play for $HIPH to close potentially in Q2/Q3 or sooner. Mr. Fishoff is a star that began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital, www.cobecapital.com. Recently $HIPH stated some of the acquisition they are in talks with are in #Blockchain space. In fact $HIPH recently appointed longtime $FUSZ & $VATE advisor( Blaine Riley of International Monetary) to its Board. Specifically Riley's mission is to advise on pending #Blockchain acquisitions. Blaine Riley is a world class deal maker. Smart CEO's think alike!
$HIPH is currently a bargain in my opinion. Wont be shocked to see $HIPH shares at 10-15cents or higher in near future. $HIPH just starting to get attention and eyes.
