LOS ANGELES, CA, March 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Geopulse Exploration, Inc. (OTC PINK: GPLS), doing business as CannCo Brands & Development (the “Company”) announces today that it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire all of the assets related to www.stonerdays.com.
www.stonerdays.com is a cannabis centric content, apparel, and accessory site selling directly to U.S. dispensaries and consumers worldwide. StonerDays’ channels and e-commerce platform has over eight hundred SKU’s and receives over four million weekly impressions.
