I strive to be accurate so if you think I said anything untrue, please call me out on it and show me why I'm wrong. I will welcome it and even thank you for the correction. I'm not here to unfairly malign Mr. Bordynuik nor Mr. Heddle. They've both acted dishonestly and contrary to the best interests of shareholders so I point that out.

For libelous statements, please keep in mind that a statement has to, first and foremost, be untrue for it to be considered libel. A derogatory statement which is true, isn't libel. For example saying Mr. Bordynuik is a fraudster isn't libel because Mr. Bordynuik really did intentionally cook the books with the media credits...and even admitted during the legal proceedings that it was his intent to deceive investors.
