I'm not here to unfairly malign Mr. Bordynuik nor Mr. Heddle. They've both acted dishonestly and contrary to the best interests of shareholders so I point that out.
For libelous statements, please keep in mind that a statement has to, first and foremost, be untrue for it to be considered libel. A derogatory statement which is true, isn't libel. For example saying Mr. Bordynuik is a fraudster isn't libel because Mr. Bordynuik really did intentionally cook the books with the media credits...and even admitted during the legal proceedings that it was his intent to deceive investors.
