Fact that IBM is already listed in SEC filing by SFOR ,IBM had a heads up in early 2016 & may be under NDA working together for http://cnb.cx/2vGhicY which is speculation ofc , but fact that they are infringer, I have no doubt. IBM could be SFOR's own DEAL like UNISYS
The above news goes well with First Data Corp update & PCI Compliance Data Encryption requirements http://jmp.sh/jmoS3RJ & European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) @ http://bit.ly/2peRKyF http://bit.ly/2FKBOLA & the U.S.'s Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance on the use of encryption in the financial services industry.
Quote:
>>IBM's new mainframe system, called IBM Z, is capable of running more than 12 billion encrypted transactions per day
>> It seeks to address cyberattacks which have compromised financial data, and help firms automate financial regulatory compliance, in line with data protection laws
>>IBM's transaction engine supports 87 percent of all credit card transactions , totaling nearly $8 trillion worth of payments each year
Above 8K has also listed KASPERSKY https://usa.kaspersky.com/ as a Infringing Party, look who they are and how big .[Ref: Secure Keyboard Integration]
