Then I suggest you haven't spent enough time doing enough DD on your own.
Take time to listen very carefully what is stated in the Verterim/ ACS Webinar, you can hear some of the Major players ACS has as Customers including an NDA with a DOD Contrator..
Also the list of Attendees, which probably had nothing better to do during lunch LOL !. ZPAUL has posted the prominent top 100 Numerous Times.
