OMG! I was fishing for snook late this morning and then opened a bottle of cabernet. After awhile I began dancing with the grapes, looked at my phone and saw that OWCP was trading at $23 pps. Fortunately, my size 17 fingers are not conducive to trading on my I-phone. I jumped into my golf cart and headed home at full throttle. Ten minutes later as I was entering my home the realization that I was either drunk or in someone else's dream struck me; and thus unlikely worth many millions of dollars.
