Well I guess it is over for SIGO, per IHUB, the SEC intends to suspend trading and shut down the company for fraud. The owners apparently defrauded investors in the intial funding last year and now have turned the company over to a person named Fife who is diluting the remaining shares down to zero in order to cash out for money he borrowed to the company.
They expect the price to go back down to .001 in the next few days. The SEC is supposed to shut it down on Monday. This is all per Surfkast on IHUB message board. He said he was in contact with the SEC many times over the past 9 months.
Oh well, I do feel sorry for the people who bought shares and lost money. This company seemed like it was legit, they had pictures but apparently the pictures came from a photo shop on the internet and were not real. No recourse for the investor who lost money. Sad.
