$PSGR Share price drops on sale of 10,000 shares. (YAWN)...the share price dropped today. Must be all that information provided by Pershing Resources about how something may occur in another year or so. (HINT... NOTHING occurring is still 'something' by definition it is a result)
Certainly would be nice to see something torn into something instead of the 20+ years of something turning into NOTHING.
I suppose the Good News for Pershing Resources Management is that with the LOWER share price, the issuance of shares instead of a cash payment will benefit the Execs!!! Yep, Let's say the share price continues to drop until it hits a PENNY. Pershing Resources then can issue 250,000 shares to each Exec ($2,500 VALUE!!!!) AND then a few months later issue a few EXCITING Press Releases that will push up the price to...OH, Let's say $0.10/share. $2,500 quickly becomes $25,000 and each Exec can cruise through to the NEXT QUARTER and repeat...repeat...repeat. Of course, I am NOT saying this is what takes place!!! Heaven Forbid that share holders would be screwed like this year after year after year after year after decade after decade. (Exactly WHAT do Pershing Resources Managers/Execs actually do when NOTHING ever occurs?)
I am POSITIVE that the current share price will not remain as is for long!
