"I'm here to protect my investment." - is always what runs through my head with this stock.

Then the $500,000 of personal capital he put up..

Then the OTHER $500,000 in addition to that..

He seems genuine to me, although I'll admit I haven't traded for more than a few years and am not a 'day trader'.

Surely he understands the implications of a reverse split. He stands to gain so much from an appreciation in stock price compared to his measly salary. Who runs a company for ~30k?
