I get that people are freaked out by the attached document. But the company said in a shareholder letter they have a Term sheet.
I suppose if one wanted to invest in this company and then not believe anything the CEO says, that is your prerogative. But why buy then?
Imo, he has done everything he has stated thus far. So I have no reason to disbelieve, and thus stay invested
