$HIPH -Bullish technical s, strong fundamentals & hydrogen infused #CBD. Last week $HIPH 's newly acquired subsidiary GENTS,www.gentsco.com signed major deal w/SOUL CYCLE for all its 83 nationwide & Canada locations Since $HIPH acquired GENTS in Oct 2017 its added significant revenue. Sold in Saks, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and now Soul Cycle.
$HIPH revenue up 1,134% per most recent filing and Jan 18 PR. Good verified share structure of 79million outstanding. $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in the market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water. Hydrogen allows for greater & quicker absorption of #CBD. $HIPH debuted its LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD prototype at several Superbowl events in Minneapolis ( see past pr). Recently $HIPH named longtime $FUSZ advisor (Blaine Riley /International Monetary) to its Board. Riley is a world class deal maker. New CEO Ryan Fishoff is a star who began career on Wall St doing M&A deals at Cobe Capital, www.cobecapital.com. Fishoff since becoming CEO in Sept closed GENTS acquisition deal. Fishoff stated he has another M&A deal in works for $HIPH to close by end of Q2 or sooner.
$HIPH a bargain currently in my opinion. Wont be shocked to see 15cents or higher in near future. $HIPH just getting eyes and attention. New CEO Ryan Fishoff making right moves, growing revenue and a seasoned M&A pro.
