$HIPH- Strong buy! #CBD product to be fully launched by June or sooner per CEO and recent PR. Last week newly acquired subsidiary GENTS,www.gentsco.com signed big distribution deal with SOUL CYCLE for all 83 nationwide &Canada locations. Since $HIPH acquired GENTS in October 2017 its added significant revenue. CEO Fishoff states growth for GENTS subsidiary and #CBD beverage division in Europe and Asia!
Revenue up 1,134% &debt cut by 80% per latest filings and Jan 18 press release. Also $HIPH has good verified share structure with 79million. New CEO Ryan Fishoff is a Champ who began career on Wall St doing M&A deals at COBE CAPITAL ,www.cobecapital.com. Since becoming CEO in Sept he closed GENTS acquisition deal. And recently named longtime $FUSZ advisor Blaine Riley of International Monetary to head #Blockchain acquisition talks on deals in play. Smart CEO's think alike. Blaine Riley is world class deal maker.
$HIPH a bargain in my opinion wont be shocked to see 10cents and higher in near future. Fishoff is the real deal and stated he expects another acquisition by Q2/Q3 or sooner. Great time to add or pick up shares at current bargain price.
