You should try trading from the Canadian side if you feel there are restrictions.
Read my last post. Grey is not bad. it just limits a person who wants to day trade tying up their capital. If you are a long term investor it doesn't really matter whether it stays on the grey sheet or not the company will prosper. The reason for grey sheet negativity is because most company's that are pushed into the grey are black flagged as fraudulent company's.
We've been given a wrongful judegment and there is no regulation to revoke this because SEC doesn't have the balls to admit wrong doing in the face of losing credibility.
The news today didn't have much to do with the current situation PDXP is faced with but what the company is doing. that wasn't news. It wasn't what shareholders want so expectation is high because of where we are. Not sure what angle he's coming from but I'm still trying and I'm sure many here are as well to understand the strategy - if there actually is one..lol
