well sure, absolutely, shareholder value literally increased 10 fold on paper due to the transaction. Its a win win, that's why it was a solid deal. By the way this isn't some Chinese company manufacturing milk in Chongqing or some precious gem company somewhere in Colombia, this is an enterprise software company with hundreds of blue chip clients across South Korea and Japan.
