If you are looking to quickly sell for profit yes, frustrating.

Investing in the long term $ONCI/$HEXA will bring multiples over time. IMO.

Revenues and sales pipelines are multiplying weekly.

We need to be patient with the audit and name change.
While they are not directly related, they have the same prerequisites with timeframes not under anyone's direct control.
-Settle Delaware Debt and issue annual report.(this is a negotiation process with the state which takes time. (outside of the control of ON4 Communications)
-Acquire historical documents from previous ON4 Communications leadership. This could take legal action to acquire the documents as they could implicate previous leadership might be liable for all or part of the previously stated debts. (if this is a legal issue it will also take time outside of the control of On4 Communications)

Once these issues are sorted out we will have the Audit and see the name change.

Meanwhile, focusing on the strengths of the company is essential. #REVENUERULES is just that, the functioning foundation of the company building success quarterly.
