I am waiting to hear who AgriMed will appoint to the head grower position. Some may not understand how important this position is, but let me assure you it is critical to AgriMed/UNVC survival and prosperity.

Once we hear who the head grower is, the bio for this individual should be our top priority. Since AgriMed stated they intend to introduce this individual in a live streaming video format, I think we can assume his/her background will be a major portion of that introduction.

The reason a head grower is so important is because supply is crucial. Will the head grower have the same goals as AgriMed’s founder (i.e. Sustainable agriculture utilizing zero pesticides and very low zero heavy metals in their fertilizers)? Also, how will this new head grower address the productivity issues? You see, all grow operations must be performed in an enclosed and tightly controlled environment. So crops must be grown in buildings --- the likely construction is that of a greenhouse. However, there are all kinds and types of greenhouses. Sterling Crockett intended to use an energy efficient design using solar panels and gas generators --- will the new CEO still utilize this same type of design?

The productivity measure for this industry is output per square foot of growing space. Will the new head grower utilize a multi-layer approach to growing, or something else? Some growers in this sector have found ways to double the product per square foot of growing space --- what will AgriMed/UNVC do? These questions are critically important because they affect pricing, and therefore availability to customers.

Waiting patiently for answers.
