GMOS – Giant Motorsports, Inc.
The Low Float Report #1

Current Bid: .03
Current Ask: .033

Transfer Agent: Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co, Inc. (updated 1/31/2018) – This is a recent update since for many years the incorrect transfer agent had been listed on otcmarkets.com.

Authorized Shares: 75,000,000
Outstanding Shares: 12,948,316 – No change since last SEC filings.

Restricted Shares (per last SEC filings):
Russell A. Haehn 5,785,000
Gregory A. Haehn 3,235,000

Estimated FLOAT: 3,928,316

The company has been dark since filing a 15-12g on May 14, 2009. Volume back in 2016 brought this stock to my attention and its been on my watch list for some time. Recent volume has brought this stock to the forefront as the float appears to be dwindling and the price increasing. But it appears near breakout levels above the .04 mark at least in my opinion (chart, steady volume, share structure).

Additional Research:
We know that on May 14, 2009, there were only 33 common stock shareholders. 16 series A Warrants also exist but I cannot determine their status. Active notes do not appear to be an issue (don’t see any in the filings), couldn’t find any lawsuits against the company, and level 2 looks clean in my opinion.

NITE is the hammer here most days and controls pricing from what I have seen.

This symbol is worth a look. As always do your own research as I’m not responsible for your investment decisions. I have established a position in GMOS based off my own research.
