I expect price volitility this week as the 10k expectations really start to ramp up. Precedence will get set with this being the first 10K done for a CA cannabis grower under the new regulations, so a lot of time & focus placed on this first one by the accountants and auditors.
SEC/OTC do communicate with companies and will not delist or take any adverse action under these circumstances. SIGO is in process and its an industry first, so SEC/OTC will work with them. That's how it really works - these entities all communicate together to avoid mistakes.
