$TGLO .10 with R/M, share price target of $2.5 per share and a $1,000,000,000 market cap.

Remember, Delfin Midstream who is developing a $7 billion LNG project bought 71% of the O/S and own 312m TGLO shares.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/10666...-index.htm

Direct comparisons with two LNG players who went public via R/M, apples to apples, oranges to oranges.

TELL - $1.6 billion market cap, $138m in cash, $25m in Property Plant & Equipment, Zero revenue and behind Delfin Midstream in actually starting LNG project.

#'s straight from their latest 10Q:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/61398...l93017.htm

NEXT - $500m market cap, $35m in cash, $70m in Property Plants & Equipment, Zero revenue and a couple of years behind Delfin Midstream.

Their latest 10k:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/16127...31x10k.htm

So if Delfin Midstream is valued right in the middle of both and end up with $75m in cash, $50m in PP&E and a $1 billion market cap, that puts PPS at $2.5 per share.

Two other LNG companies found investors willing to buy shares giving them valuations in the billions knowing their assets and lack of revenue. Delfin will be able to do the same for a similar amount.
