So if Delfin Midstream is valued right in the middle of both and end up with $75m in cash, $50m in PP&E and a $1 billion market cap, that puts PPS at $2.5 per share.
Two other LNG companies found investors willing to buy shares giving them valuations in the billions knowing their assets and lack of revenue. Delfin will be able to do the same for a similar amount.
