Wouldn't surprise me if Longside is holding things

Wouldn't surprise me if Longside is holding things up. If they have been shorting the stock as I suspect their goal no doubt was to bankrupt the company. If anything they want to be paid in shares not cash. Whoever has been shorting the stock does not want the financing to close because once it does the shre price rises and the shorts could lose big bucks especially if other good news is also announced.
