Don't hold your breath , the corruption is so imbedded only a systemic change in the machinery can save us.
There is a block chain crypto callled Veritaseum than can have a secure ledger for a stock market. Overstock.com is also introducing a block chain called Tzone that could run a stock exchange and possible end the corruption with a secure ledger.
On an aside, went to a home show today. The outdoor patio chairs were made out of recycled plastic. They looked good.
